The support for Avira AntiVir Network Bundle is decent, but pretty lackluster comparatively. Purchase includes 14 days of installation support, and some embedded help files. However, additional support has to be purchased by subscribing to the Gold or Platinum support packages. We sent a pretty specific email request to the support team, and though the response was quick and decent, it didn’t directly answer our specific request.
Avira AntiVir Network Bundle is another good business antivirus solution. With the right tools, comprehensive management, and decent pricepoint, Avira makes a good offering. There are solutions with more advanced options and even more coverage, but AntiVir is, as the edition suggests, a “professional” solution with powerful results.
