The product seems to run slow but OK on the first machine (XP) I put it on. Later, without going back to the advertising, I installed the second (of 3) licenses on a Vista-64 machine. It installed without complaint, but didn't run well.
Support is close to non-existent - several days to respond and ask questions that had been answered -like was it Vista 32 or 64. On answering that and waiting three more days, the response was that it didn't work on V64 and would I like a refund. I answered sure, waited a couple more days for them to respond that I couldn't have a refund because it was over 30 days. I gave up, removed the product (also very slow) and installed a different product.
