I used McAfee for 2 1/2 years without problem but then started having major problems with it. My computer eventually got infected and now computer completely inoperable. My most pressing concern isn't with the technology but lies in the customer service dept. I have never received good technical service and recently had a bad experience with billing. Be advised that they WILL automatically renew your subscription WITHOUT NOTIFICATION. If or when it creates problems for your credit card or debit card such as over limit or over draft fees they are unwilling to cover charges...even though it is their error. Bad service. Bad business!!! I will never use this product again. I don't care how good your product is...be responsible to the customer. For bad customer service I say don't buy this product.
