I have no doubt that this offers good protection but that is where the good news stops. This is a bit complicated to install, takes a lot of troubleshooting and nothing is straightforward. Thus the support offered by the company is important. I have no doubt that this company offers the worst support and backup of any major company in this business. You can try to contact them by phone but you will be waiting 40 minutes to 2 hours to speak to someone. By email the process can take days and in one case a week. Once you do make contact you get people reciting or regurgiating verbatim the information on their webiste. They offer no advice or lateral thinking whatsoever. They also seem to work a 9-5 syle, 5 days per week schedule which in itself is amazing as I have never received a response on a weekend or out of hours. Steer clear of this pricey product and company.
