I'm sure KAV is fine but ever since I have had it I have had enormous problems getting it to update. It tries to but freezes and displays 0%. Finding the way through the maze of "support" to a human is also a challenge. Sadly I would not recommend this package because of the update issues and since it is almost continually updating this means probs all the time. In the end the tech support email did admit that this "may be a problem at our end" - for over a year?
