ESET found and cleaned viruses that BitDefender didn't even know were there

You can read my review for BitDefender 2009 for the details. Basically, BitDefender allowed my PC to get infected with a rootkit and other malware. How? I don't know, but now only did let it happen, but when I ran a virus scan it didn't report anything wrong other than a bunch of false positives. I installed ESET Nod32 and it immediately found the rootkit (although it was unable to remove it automatically) and 8 other viruses/malware. That has made me a believer. I highly recommend it.
