This slowed my computer to a crawl, and since I had bought the 3 pack, I tried to install it on my wife's computer also. After two days of frustratingly trying, I gave up. Then after a week of my computer slowing down, blue screens, etc. I decided that I would get let them know that I wanted a refund. All of a sudden, customer service DISAPPEARED!!! After almost 10 emails (No online chat for refunds) they have not ONCE responded. I have finally gone directly to my CC company to ask them to stop payment.
