I purchased Bitdefender a little over a month ago - because it was supposedly rated Number 1 for antivirus protection for 2009.
Over the past month I've had several questions and concerns and have used their email support. I've yet to receive a reply to my questions. Not one reply!
Finally I even threatened to cancel and uninstall Bitdefender if they didn't reply - still no reply.
As far as I'm concerned they have absolutely No Support!
Will I renew? NO!
