I have BitDefender IS installed for a time now, and I know now that I made the right decision buying it. I also teste BitDEfender antivirus, here is a little review I made: Strengths: - Installing and configuring BitDefender for the first time, was easy - It has Basic and Advanced view so it is suitable for advanced as well as for newbies. I personally use the advanced view because you have a better overview. - BitDefender Antivirus stays very well in the background, I don't see any change in my system performance if I have or don't have it installed, which is a very good thing. - BitDefender AV updates very frequently. - I recently started to use the Encryption for IM feature for better security when I talk to my business associates, you never know who is listening, and that's why I find this feature very useful. - You can configure, scan and update all your home or office PC's that have BitDefender installed from one single PC. Weaknesses: I really don't see any weaknesses in this product, because it never caused trouble. Overall evaluation: BitDefender is one of the best internet security softwares, it has a lot of features, it doesn't create problems, it protects very well (I saw a lot of positive professional reviews that says that) and has a reasonable price for all that. So i highly recomend Bitdefender.
