Their web site is impossible to navigate. One must do the diagnostics oneself before one can get any help and they never...ever ..ever talk with you Just send emails with more assignments to do to fix the problem ... 2 days and 47 emails later and a day at the computer doing scans and responding to their requests, I had my computer guy come in fix the problem and then I uninstalled Bit Defender. I really wonder if this is a garage operation. If you're stuck with them and have a problem rather than bouncing around their sight go to their press room and email the press person ...that's the best way to begin correspondence unless you are a computer geek and love doing diagnostics
