I decided on this anti-virus product based on a positive review. When I tried to purchase it, the site declined my perfectly good credit card, at the same time giving me an order number, so that I could try another form of payment. An email came in to me saying that if my credit card was in fact good, I could call customer support. The man I spoke to was nothing but supportive. He kept telling me to call VISA which I already had. He then said he wasn't sure why the email said I should call customer support. He could not look up my account/invoice through my customer number, and could not help me with any part of my order. He also did not seem willing to help see what might have gone wrong with the order. I asked if I could purchase the product over the phone, and he said "no". I found his attitude very condescending. I also felt that with the lack of help thus far, I can only imagine what it will be like for any customer support down the road. I do not recommend this company.
