Over 2 years ago I was looking for anti-virus software. I had always had good success with Norton's. However, Gateway offered me a very good deal on 3 years of McAfee. After getting it, I found out why. McAfee is GARBAGE. All it has done is

Couple quick things: slows down my pc, constant pop ups, very slow scans.
BUT:Worst issue is my recent bout with PC_Antispyware2010 (which, for those of you who haven't been infected, is NOT spyware, it IS the virus!!!). My home pc had no virus

I used McAfee for 2 1/2 years without problem but then started having major problems with it. My computer eventually got infected and now computer completely inoperable. My most pressing concern isn't with the technology but lies in the customer
